Marmaduke House, Holiday Cottage in Bath

Marmaduke House is almost unique in Bath holiday cottages in that every bedroom has its own bathroom - there are 4 ensuite bathrooms; for the other bedroom, the bathroom is just across the hall/landing. So you can enjoy the comforts of a hotel (your own bedroom and bathroom) together with the convenience of a self catering holiday cottage - make a cup of tea when you like, raid the fridge, relax in the lounge...

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

We have 2 spacious twin bedrooms, one bedroom with a king size bed, and two doubles - so there are 7 beds for 10 people. There are 4 ensuite bathrooms, and one bathroom across the hall.

All the beds are very comfortable with hotel grade high quality sprung mattresses, squashy feather pillows and new duvets, made up when you arrive in fresh white linen.

The left hand picture shows the king bedded room, with feature alcove window, TV, Stereo, Hairdrier & ensuite bathroom.

On the right is a picture of one of the twin bedrooms, first floor at the front, with bathroom across the hall. This room has oak chest of drawers, wardrobe, hair drier, and  TV. Love the Missoni throws on the beds!

All the bedrooms have a flat screen TV and hairdrier provided.

All the bathrooms have both a bath and a shower with a high pressure water system ensuring the showers are strong everywhere, including at the top of the house.

On a sunny day this double bedroom at the top of the house is bathed in sunlight, the fresh decoration brings to mind a mediterranean setting.

Both these bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, tucked into the eaves with sloping ceilings.

This twin bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking the courtyard garden and has the largest bathroom.

In common with the rest of the house it is decorated in light, neutral tones and has a flat screen TV.
